CBRs are on average fifteen to twenty pages long, and they tell the story of each clients’ business to potential buyers. Confidential Business Reviews feature details about the business’ history, what transfer of ownership will look like, overviews of facilities and equipment, opportunities for growth, and more.
The business owner fills out a survey of pertinent information about the business' track record and opportunities for growth, and I combine this information with what can be found on the business' website and social media platforms, and format it all into a detailed and comprehensive document.
